Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-27

These terms govern your use of Coin Curator (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Coin Curator Is

Coin Curator is an editorial guide to graded US coins. We publish research, price context, and outbound links to third-party retailers and auction houses. We do not sell coins, take custody of coins, broker transactions, or process payments.

Not Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, or appraisal advice. Coin values are volatile and depend on grade, eye appeal, provenance, and market conditions we cannot observe. Population reports, grades, and price figures come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before buying or selling.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep listings, grades, and prices accurate, but prices and availability change without notice and we cannot guarantee any individual data point. Always verify the current price, grade, and certification number on the seller's own listing before you buy.

Accounts and the Vault

Browsing does not require an account. An account is required to save coins to the Vault. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your saved Vault data. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract our content through automated means without written permission, not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Affiliate Links

Outbound links may be affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect what we cover or how we rank it. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-Party Sellers

Transactions you enter into with retailers, dealers, or auction houses are solely between you and that seller, under their terms. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for a seller's listings, grading claims, authenticity, shipping, refunds, or conduct.

Intellectual Property

The text, original research, methodology, and design of the Site belong to Coin Curator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Curator and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including decisions to buy or sell made on the basis of information published here.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coin Curator and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
